What effect does All Day have on me?
It compensates for conventional mineral and vitamin deficiencies and thus prevents various deficiency symptoms.
Among other things, this affects the function of the immune system, the function of all body cells, the growth of red blood cells, the energy supply of cells, brain function, digestion, hormone production, cardiovascular function, muscle tone, foetal brain development during pregnancy and the increase in testosterone levels in men. However, it is not a miracle cure. It only provides your body with the nutrients it needs.

Vitamins and minerals are necessary for the physiological functions of the body. In addition to the fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E, the water-soluble vitamins include all 8 vitamins of the B complex as well as vitamin C. In the mineral range, magnesium and the trace elements zinc, manganese, chromium and selenium are included. The formula is finished with selected secondary plant substances and coenzyme Q10, which have antioxidant properties. Only high-quality compounds are used that are particularly available and well-tolerated for the body. Vitamin K, calcium, copper, iodine and iron are not included in the formula due to possible side effects. Potassium is included in low dosage in the form of potassium citrate.
